Refunds & Returns Policy – RSK Auto

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. You must also provide your original proof of purchase (order number).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please email our customer service team or  call us at 331-280-9598. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a defective item).

  • Restocking Fee: Returns that do not meet our "original condition" criteria may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Timing: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
For approved returns, you may request store credit (issued as a gift card code) instead of a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or licensing reasons:

  • Opened or used electronic items (ECUs, diagnostic tools, head units).

  • Special orders, custom-fabricated, or cut-to-length parts.

  • Software, digital downloads, or products with activated licenses.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the item and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the product and packaging.

Warranties

Most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the documentation included with your product. RSK Auto will facilitate the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf upon request.
